Robert Coburn is originally from Norfolk, Virginia. After high school in Norfolk, he spent three years in the US Army as a helicopter crew chief stationed in Berlin, Germany. He returned home to attend college at Richmond Professional Institute (Now VCU) in Richmond, Virginia, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising. He also met his wife in Richmond while a student there.
These short stories embrace the eclectic side of Key West. Some are funny. Others sad. Each different.
Could be something you’d hear a person relating on a street corner. But only in Key West.
